Parcel Insurance
- Mandatory Insurance: We do not ship or deliver orders without parcel insurance coverage.
- For Regular Customers: You don’t need to pay for insurance again! Simply send us a copy of the THC Parcel Insurance Coverage (PIC) document that we emailed to you on your first order. If you’ve misplaced it, we can provide a new one.
Insurance Costs and Refunds
- Insurance Cost: The parcel insurance is a flat fee of $750, which MUST be paid upfront.
- Refund on Delivery: This $750 insurance cost is fully refunded upon safe delivery.
- If Package is Lost or Damaged: You will receive a refund for both the full value of your order (declared value) and the insurance cost.
- If Delivery is Successful: You’ll only receive a refund of the $750 insurance cost.
Protection from Law Enforcement
- The insurance document serves as protection if your package is intercepted by law enforcement.
How Refunds Work
- Once you pay the $750 insurance fee, we’ll send your PIC document.
- Show a copy of the PIC to the delivery person to get your refund. Let us know in advance if you prefer to receive the refund as cash or via Crypto Currency upon delivery.
